The smarter E Europe 2026
The smarter E Europe 2026, a premier global event for the energy industry, officially kicked off June 23 in Munich, Germany, bringing together energy companies, technical experts, and industry leaders from Europe, Asia, and across the globe.
During the exhibition, Ms. Li-Chyi Chiou, Director of the Taiwan Trade Center in Munich, visited our booth to gain a deeper understanding of Ming Chi University of Technology's (MCUT) innovative technological achievements. The Taiwan Trade Center will further assist in promoting industrial matchmaking and international cooperation opportunities. In addition, our team engaged in productive exchanges with numerous European manufacturers and academic institutions, including the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
Beyond the exhibition itself, we would like to express our special gratitude to the German Trade Office Taipei (GTO) for their introduction. This referral granted the Industry Development Center of the Office of Research and Development the valuable opportunity to join the Taiwanese delegation in visiting the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Munich and Upper Bavaria (IHK München) to gain deep insights into Germany's innovation ecosystem and industrial development trends. During the meeting, Mr. Hannes Aurbach, who oversees the Asia-Pacific region, introduced the industrial landscape of Bavaria and the Munich startup ecosystem, providing us with a more profound understanding of German innovation and industrial chain integration.
